Description
MiM aims to enhance the competencies of educators in national minority contexts, addressing the unique challenges and opportunities within these communities, by fostering self-reflection, cultural and linguistic awareness, and inclusive pedagogical practices. MiM involves partners from six countries, with two representatives per country, alongside educators from early childhood to secondary levels. MiM equips educators with tools for self-awareness thereby strengthening minority identity.
